致敏小鼠连续3天服吡喹酮300mg/kg/天后3～56天,肉芽肿的平均直径由164～95μm缩至81～45μm;其中的中性粒细胞、嗜酸粒细胞及纤维母细胞的平均数均显著减少;网状纤维及胶原纤维含量亦明显减少;对卵壳及毛蚴内的酸性粘多糖则无明显影响。吡喹酮有抑制致敏鼠脾及淋巴结内嗜酸粒细胞的作用。左旋咪唑的作用与吡喹酮相似。
The sensitized mice were treated with praziquantel 300mg / kg / day for 3 ~ 56 days after 3 consecutive days. The average diameter of granulomas was reduced from 164 ~ 95μm to 81 ~ 45μm.
