自从环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的信使作用发现以来,引起了整个生物界的普遍重视。其作用的特点在于引起不同细胞的各种特异效应,包括糖元的分解和合成、脂解作用,骨骼肌和心肌的收缩以及平滑肌的松弛作用,离子的运转和酶的分泌等等。有关生理和药理作用近年已有成套的专书综述。与此同时,先后有四种cAMP类药物进入临床,我院合成的葡甲胺—cAMP(心先安)是第五个进入临床的cAMP类药物。我们对此药进行了有关的药理实验,并与cAMP,葡胺—cAMP进行比较,观察它们的毒性与药理作用,为临床应用提供依据。
Since the discovery of the cAMP role of cAMP, it has attracted widespread attention in the entire biosphere. Its function is characterized by a variety of specific effects caused by different cells, including the glycogen decomposition and synthesis, lipolysis, skeletal and myocardial contraction and smooth muscle relaxation, ion transport and enzyme secretion and so on. In recent years, there have been a complete set of books about the physiological and pharmacological effects. At the same time, there have been four cAMP drugs into the clinic, our hospital synthesized meglumine - cAMP (Xin Xian) is the fifth cAMP drugs into the clinic. We carried out the pharmacological experiments on this drug and compared with cAMP, meglumine-cAMP to observe their toxicity and pharmacological effects, providing the basis for clinical application.
