新年前夕,国家经委主任吕东就企业如何贯彻党的第十三次全国代表大会精神,做好1988年的工作,向本刊记者发表谈话。吕东同志说,企业是生产力诸要素有机结合并发挥作用的基本组织,是国民经济运行的基础。经过近几年的努力,具有中国特色的企业工作已经初步形成。这就是以提高经济效益为中心,完善经营机制为动力,加速技术进步为手段,推进经济联合为依托,加强管理为基础,建设“四有”队伍为保证的互为条件、相辅相成的工作体系。1988年经济工作的方针和总盘子中央已经讲得很清楚,我们要从十三大确定的基本路线的高度来进一步总结和丰富企业的工作,把1988年的工作做得更好。

The principle of economic work in 1988 and the central task of the overall trade have made it very clear that we must further sum up and enrich the work of enterprises from the perspective of the basic line set by the 13th CPC National Congress and do a better job in 1988.
