无锡富安大厦工程位于市中心,其周围建筑物密集,基坑周围管线较多,工程场地条件复杂。经研究,南侧采用钢管桩锚杆挂网喷射混凝土墙支护,并对东侧天然地基上的柱基础进行特殊保护。详细介绍了钢管桩施工、喷锚支护等关键施工工艺,并指出施工中采取的质量保证措施。并在施工过程中在临近建筑物、管线、基坑边等处设置位移及内力监测点。监测结果证明,施工过程中测点位移及锚杆轴力均在允许范围内,保证了基坑工程的安全。
Fu An Building in Wuxi is located in the downtown area, with dense buildings around it, more pipelines around the foundation pit and complex site conditions. The key construction technologies such as steel pipe pile construction, shotcrete and bolt support are introduced in detail, and the quality assurance measures adopted in the construction are pointed out. And in the construction process in the vicinity of buildings, pipelines, pit and other places set displacement and internal force monitoring points. The monitoring results show that the displacements of measuring points during construction and the axial force of anchors are within the allowable range, which ensures the safety of foundation pit engineering.
