前不久,英国权威的职业规划咨询专家 Sheila Semple女士建议,要解决年轻人就业时的迷茫问题,应该让他们从3岁起就开始规划自己的职业生涯。她解释说,从小接受职业教育, 随着年龄的增长,职业目标会越来越明确,其相应的职业规划方式也越来越具体。从朦胧意识, 到逐渐明确目标,一步步到达。虽然3岁听起来早了点,可是我国的年轻人通常是毕业后才开始进行职业规划的,相比之下,起跑晚了20年,这也造成很多青年人在就业时的迷茫和无助。对大多数学生而言,当务之急就是应该根据个人兴趣特长,挖掘自身潜力,规划自己的职业生涯。
