[目的]探讨男女学生产生自杀意念的危险因素,提供干预措施。[方法]调查10~21岁在校学生4 067人(男1 931人,女2 136人)。用logistic回归分析父母管教方式在男女生中的联合及交互作用并探讨影响因素。[结果]11.4%的学生有过自杀想法(男8.9%,女13.7%)。男生的危险因素为父亲管教太严、有错时父亲袒护和上网等,不良家庭管教模式对产生自杀意念起促进作用。女生的危险因素为居住农村、初中以上和母亲文化程度高等。[结论]应指导家长摒弃不良管教模式,经常与孩子一起交谈,形成良好家庭氛围,家长、学校和社区共同努力,进行危险行为监测,避免自杀意念产生。
[Objective] To explore the risk factors of male and female students’ suicidal thoughts and provide interventions. [Methods] A total of 4 067 school-aged students aged 10-21 years (1 931 males and 2 136 females) were investigated. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the association and interaction between parental discipline and male and female students and to explore the influencing factors. [Results] 11.4% of the students had suicidal thoughts (8.9% men and 13.7% women). The risk factors for boys are that their father discipline is too strict, that their father is partial to wrongdoing and Internet surfing, and that bad family discipline mode can promote suicidal ideation. The risk factors for girls are higher education in rural areas, middle school and above, and mothers. [Conclusion] Parents should be instructed to abandon the poor mode of discipline and often talk with their children to form a good family atmosphere. Parents, schools and communities should work together to conduct risk behavior monitoring and avoid suicidal ideation.
