教师作为课堂教学活动的发起者、引导者、合作者,教师对课堂教学规律的把握将直接影响本堂课的质量。因此在数学课堂教学评价中,对教师课堂教学进行科学的评价有着重要的意义。建立科学的教师课堂教学评价体系,有利于提高教师的专业素质,促进学生的全面发展。而我国现行的中学数学教师课堂教学评价中,存在着诸多问题,本文将总结和反思现行的中学数学教师课堂教学评价中存在的不足,并提出相应的改进性措施及建议,为后继研究提供借鉴。
Teachers as the initiator of classroom teaching activities, guides, collaborators, teachers grasp the law of classroom teaching will directly affect the quality of the lesson. Therefore, in the evaluation of mathematics classroom teaching, the scientific evaluation of teachers’ classroom teaching is of great significance. Establishing a scientific evaluation system for teachers’ classroom teaching will help improve the professional quality of teachers and promote the all-round development of students. However, there are many problems in current classroom teaching evaluation of middle school mathematics teachers in our country. This article will summarize and reflect the existing shortcomings in classroom teaching evaluation of middle school mathematics teachers, and propose corresponding improvement measures and suggestions to provide reference for subsequent research. .
