伴随我国新课改的不断深入,激励评价已经成为老师在教学课堂使用的重要手段。当代素质教育的主要任务不仅是传授相关理论知识,重要的是培养学生的学习能力。激励评价是根据学生的需要,激发学生的学习动机,使学生具有学习的动力,向着教学期望的目标前进。激励教育就是根据这一特点,以激发为原则,采取针对性的教学措施激发学生的学习热情,进而促使学生积极主动学习。
With the deepening of new curriculum reform in our country, incentive evaluation has become an important method used by teachers in teaching classes. The main task of contemporary quality education is not only to impart relevant theoretical knowledge, it is important to develop students’ learning ability. Incentive evaluation is based on the needs of students, to stimulate students’ motivation to learn, so that students have the motivation to learn, toward the goal of teaching expectations. Incentive education is based on this feature, to stimulate the principle of taking targeted teaching measures to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, and thus encourage students to take the initiative to learn.
