目的了解医院不同科室消毒质量,分析存在的问题,为采取纠正措施提供依据。方法用定期抽样法对莱州市第二人民医院不同科室物体表面、室内空气、医护人员手、压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果、医疗用品、紫外线灯辐射强度和使用中消毒液进行检测。结果共检测样本1 110份,合格率94.3%;其中物体表面合格率94.5%,室内空气合格率96.7%(其中口腔科89.5%最低),医护人员手合格率86.0%(其中口腔科79.2%最低),压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果、医疗用品、紫外线灯和使用中消毒液合格率均为100.0%。手术室、胃镜室合格率100.0%,其余科室合格率依次为:供应室无菌间(98.3%)、重症监护室(94.4%)、治疗室(89.9%)、口腔科(87.9%)。结论检测项目总体质量较好,但不同科室室内空气质量、医护人员手消毒质量和样品的总体合格率差异显著。应重点加强口腔科、治疗室室内空气消毒管理及口腔科、治疗室、重症监护室、供应室医护人员手消毒培训和督导检查。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in different departments of hospitals and analyze the existing problems so as to provide basis for corrective measures. Methods The regular sampling method was used to test the disinfection effect of the surfaces, indoor air, hands of medical staff, pressure steam sterilizer, medical supplies, ultraviolet lamp radiation intensity and disinfectant in use in different departments of Laizhou Second People’s Hospital. Results A total of 1 110 samples were tested with a pass rate of 94.3%. The surface pass rate of the object was 94.5%, the pass rate of indoor air was 96.7% (the lowest was 89.5% of the stomatology department), and the pass rate of medical staff was 86.0% (of which 79.2% ), Sterilizing effect of pressure steam sterilizer, medical products, ultraviolet lamps and the use of disinfectant pass rate of 100.0%. The pass rate of operating room and gastroscope room was 100.0%. The passing rates of other departments were as follows: supply room sterile room (98.3%), intensive care unit (94.4%), treatment room (89.9%) and stomatology department (87.9%). Conclusion The overall quality of the test items is good, but the indoor air quality, the hand disinfection quality of medical staff and the overall pass rate of samples are significantly different among different departments. Should focus on strengthening the dentistry, treatment room indoor air disinfection management and dental, treatment rooms, intensive care unit, supply room medical staff hand disinfection training and supervision and inspection.
