采用正相高压液相色谱的外标法 ,分离测定霜脲氰复配制剂中霜脲氰的含量。方法的线性相关性系数为 0 .9996。回收率为 99.6 %～ 10 0 .6 %。方法标准偏差为 0 .0 2 ,变异系数为 0 .2 4%。本方法可适用于霜脲氰及其复配制剂的分析。
The external standard method of normal phase high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to separate and determine the content of cymoxanil in the mixture of cream and urea. The linear correlation coefficient of the method is 0.9996. The recovery rate was 99.6% ~ 100.6%. The standard deviation of the method was 0. 02, and the coefficient of variation was 0.24%. The method is applicable to the analysis of cymoxanil and its complex preparation.
