目的:研究病例——情境模拟教学法在呼吸系统疾病护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取63名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组32名学生,对照组31名学生。实验组采取病例——情境模拟法进行呼吸系统疾病护理教学,对照组采取传统教学方法进行呼吸系统疾病护理教学。对比两组学生的学习情况和考核成绩。结果:实验组学生的成绩明显高于对照组学生,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在呼吸系统疾病护理教学中,通过病例——情境模拟教学法能够有效的激发学生积极性和主动性,同时提高护理教学的质量和效果,促进学生进行自主学习和管理能力的提高。
Objective: To study the effect of case-situational simulation teaching in respiratory disease nursing teaching. Methods: Sixty-three students were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, including 32 students in experimental group and 31 students in control group. The experimental group took the case-scenario simulation method for respiratory disease nursing teaching, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method for respiratory disease nursing teaching. Compare the two groups of students learning and assessment results. Results: The score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In case of respiratory disease nursing teaching, the case-scenario simulation teaching method can effectively stimulate students ’enthusiasm and initiative, improve the quality and effectiveness of nursing teaching and promote the improvement of students’ autonomous learning and management abilities.
