目的:探讨在呼吸科临床护理教学过程中,PDCA循环管理理论的运用效果。方法:选取2015年2月-2016年3月在我院实习的呼吸科护生80名,随机分为两组,对照组主要接受常规PBL带教,观察组在常规PBL带教基础上运用PDCA循环管理理论。结果:在护生理论成绩、操作成绩以及查体成绩上,观察组明显高于对照组,且在最终护理教学满意度上,观察组也明显高于对照组。结论:PDCA循环管理理论在呼吸科临床护理教学中的运用效果显著。
Objective: To explore the application of PDCA cycle management theory in the clinical teaching of respiratory department. Methods: Eighty-eight respiratory students in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine PBL teaching. The observation group used PDCA Circulation Management Theory. Results: In the nursing students academic performance, operational performance and physical examination results, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and in the final nursing teaching satisfaction, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: The PDCA cycle management theory has a significant effect in the clinical teaching of respiratory department.
