以1700热轧带钢厂粗轧机组为对象,在轧制不同材质和规格带钢现场试验的基础上,找出了粗轧机组的薄弱环节和在轧制不同钢种时现行的负荷分配方案存在的问题。针对这些问题,根据各架轧机实际承载能力提出了粗轧机组负荷分配的改进方案,保证了轧钢生产的顺利进行。
Taking the 1700 hot strip mill roughing unit as the object, on the basis of field test of strip with different materials and specifications, the weak link of roughing train and the current load distribution plan of different steel grades were found out Problems. In view of these problems, according to the actual carrying capacity of various rolling mills, an improved scheme of load distribution for rough rolling mills is proposed to ensure the smooth progress of rolling steel production.
