应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件,对楔横轧轴类件进行轧制过程的模拟,分析了精整段轧件不同横截面中心点径向应变和横向应变的交变规律。选取轧制实验模型与有限元分析结果做比较,得到了此变化规律与轧件心部产生破坏之间的关系,为深入研究楔横轧的疏松机理提供了依据。
The finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to simulate the rolling process of cross-wedge cross-section, and the alternating law of radial strain and transverse strain at different cross-sections of the finished cross section was analyzed. The relationship between the change rule and the failure of the heart of the rolling stock is obtained by comparing the experimental model with the finite element analysis. The results provide the basis for further study on the loose mechanism of the cross wedge rolling.
