在改性的二氧化硅微球表面直接镀覆具有自支撑性金层,采用类似粉浆浇注的方法将镀金的二氧化硅微球成形,再将成形热处理后的块体样品用氢氟酸去除二氧化硅模板,成功制备出圆柱体形状的泡沫金样品。建立了简便的二氧化硅模板法制备超低密度块体泡沫金的工艺,并对其制备工艺进行了研究。研究表明,化学镀金后SiO2微球表面的金沉积层厚度为100~200 nm;热处理后,化学镀金层的颗粒出现了明显的聚集长大现象;模板去除后金沉积层具有良好的自支撑性,获得的块体泡沫金样品由金空心球壳组成,圆柱体直径约2.3 mm,密度约0.6 g/cm3,孔隙率高达97%。
