选择健康新西兰白兔15只,右眼为实验组,置入HAD房水引流物;左眼为对照眼,仅在眼球赤道部缝置硅橡胶条带。术后1~12周检查眼前段,观察其反应情况;分五批摘除双眼球作病理组织学观察。结果显示:实验组术后8只眼出现程度不同的眼前段反应,但均在术后2~14天内消失;大多数眼葡萄膜组织无明显病理改变,且未见到异物巨细胞。故认为HAD房水引流物能为眼组织所适应。
Fifteen healthy New Zealand white rabbits were selected, the right eye was the experimental group, and HAD aqueous humor was infused. The left eye was the control eye, and the silicone rubber strip was sewn only in the eyeball equator. One to twelve weeks after operation, the anterior segment of the eye was examined to observe the response; two batches of eyes were removed for histopathological observation. The results showed that in the experimental group, there were different anterior segment reactions in 8 eyes but all disappeared within 2 ~ 14 days after operation. Most of the uveal tissues showed no obvious pathological changes and no giant cells were seen. Therefore, HAD atrial drainage can adapt to the eye tissue.
