四川石油地调处与真他石油企业一样,为寻求生存发展,不断适应参与市场竞争的需要,近几年加快了企业内部改革的步伐。特别是从1997年以来的近5年里,该处逐年加大改革力度。当年(1997年)还在所属27支地震队队队都有活干、工程顶目较为饱和的情况下,根据国内物探施工作业队伍过剩的现状,果断作出决策,撤销1个地震大队(处属共4个地震大队)和3个地震队。1998年,撤销原处属机械厂、运输公司,新组建机械厂。1998年,撤销处属原成都电子计算中心、研究所,合并组建成都物探研究中心。2000年,2001年,处机关、地震大队、地震队人员减幅达40%以上;企业办社会部分及部分生产辅助单位彻底转换经营机制,整体与企业剥离。这年复一年的改革、调整、变岗、内部退养、有偿解除劳动合同等等,必然涉及职工的切身利益,从而引起思想上的震动。由于该处把改革中职工队伍的稳定作为头等大事来抓,不但没有
