江总书记主席在“七一”讲话中指出:“我们党已经从一个领导人民为夺取全国胜利而斗争的党,成为一个领导人民掌握着全国政权并长期执政的党;已经从一个在受到外部封锁的状忘下领导国家建设的党,成为在全面改革开放条件下领导国家建设的党。”这是我们党所处时代的根本特点。我门是忠实的马克思主义者,马克思主义的一个基本观点就是把问题放到时代环境中去考察。斯大林曾经说过,“一切要以时间、地点、条件为转移”。从这样的角度认识我们党所处的时代特点,把握这个时代特点,思考今天执政党的建设问题,意义特别重大。
In his “1 July” speech, Chairman Jiang pointed out: “Our party has been fighting the party that led the people in its struggle for the victory of the entire nation and has become the party that leads the people in holding the national power and has long been in power. The blockaded state has forgotten to lead the party that has been building the state and has become the party that leads the nation under the conditions of a comprehensive reform and opening up. ”This is an essential feature of the era in which our party lives. My door is a loyal Marxist. A basic Marxist view is to examine the issue in the context of the times. Stalin once said that “everything should be shifted in time, place and condition.” From this perspective, it is of great significance to recognize the characteristics of the times our party is in, grasp the characteristics of this era and think about the building of the ruling party today.
