1975年牛眼提取物制备眼生素试验成功并正式投产以来,我们又继续进行了一年多的临床观察,证明眼生素对某些眼病确有一定疗效。为了适应广大工农兵患者用药的需要,最近我们扩充药源,研究以羊眼代牛眼生产眼生素,并应用于临床。羊眼和牛眼制备眼生素的生产工艺及质量标准相同,现将两种产品的临床疗效作简明比较如下。
