南京钢铁厂某分厂从综合利用出发,用炼铁副产品——海绵铜生产CuSO_4。海绵铜由粗氯化铜经铁屑还原制得,故含有较高量的氯离子,约2%左右。CuSO_4的生产工艺为:海绵铜+10%H_2SO_4溶液配制成含Cu160克/升的料浆,送入反应釜,加热到85~90℃,通入空气进行氧化,同时搅拌溶液,溶液流动速度约2米/秒,反应2小时,溶液转入结晶槽中使CuSO_4结晶出来。
