Over the past 12 years since the 1st Joint Conference of China-Europe Law School Deans the communication of Chinese and European Law Schools has been deepened and broadened.However, there exists still huge room to further our cooperation.Based on the analysis of current situations in this regard, Proposals are made as followings: -Setting up a functional coordinating mechanism between China and Europe in order to provide an efficient platform for students from both sides; Holding summer schools of Chinese and European Law, co-taught by Chinese and European Experts, either in China or Europe; Collectively conducting research projects to meet the needs given by the intense economic, political exchange between China and Europe.
