我们在合金球墨铸铁的长期测定过程中,观察到稀土和镁的残留量(吸收率)的高低在一定条件下有共同的规律,相互联系。因而我们探讨了镁元素的间接测定。经过大量数据的数学运算,绘出了它们之间的变化关系图,求出了镁与稀土残留量的平均差为0.022%。只要准确地测出稀土含量,再加0.022%,就得出镁的含量,这给炉前测定带来极大的方便。
In the long-term determination of alloy ductile iron, we observed that the residual amount of rare earth and magnesium (absorption rate) under certain conditions have a common law, interrelated. Thus we explored the indirect determination of magnesium. After a large number of mathematical data operations, draw a map of the changes between them, found the average difference between magnesium and rare earth residues was 0.022%. As long as the accurate measurement of rare earth content, plus 0.022%, we can draw the magnesium content, which gives great convenience to the determination of the furnace.
