脑内微量生物胺[包括对位酪胺(Ⅰ),章鱼胺(Octo-pamine,Ⅱ)和色胺(Ⅲ)]的含量均低于1 nmol/g。近年来对它们作为突触传递调节剂的研究受到重视。应用微电泳给药及细胞外记录的电生理研究证明,它们对中枢神经系统(CNS)内神经元活动有广泛作用,能改变单个神经元对经典胺递质的反应。Ⅰ使皮层或尾核内单个神经元诱发兴奋和抑制反应,其作用类似于NA或DA 对相同细胞的作用,但比后者弱而不持久,起效
Brain trace biogenic amines, including tyramine (Ⅰ), octopamine (Octo-pamine (Ⅱ) and tryptamine (Ⅲ)] were less than 1 nmol / g. In recent years, their research as modulators of synaptic transmission has received great attention. Electrophysiological studies using administration of microelectrophoresis and extracellular recording have demonstrated that they have a broad effect on neuronal activity in the central nervous system (CNS) and can alter the response of individual neurons to the classical amine transmitter. Ⅰ induces excitatory and inhibitory responses in a single neuron in the cortex or caudate nucleus similar to the effect of NA or DA on the same cells but less and no longer lasting than the latter
