综述2007年,全国11条大江大河径流量:长江、黄河、海河、珠江、松花江、辽河、钱塘江、闽江均低于多年平均径流量,淮河、塔里木河、黑河均超过多年平均径流量;与2006年相比,长江、黄河、淮河、黑河有所上升,海河、珠江、松花江、辽河、钱塘江、闽江、塔里木河有所下降。各流域土壤侵蚀量与多年平均侵蚀量相比,钱塘江变化不大,长江、黄河、海河、淮河、珠江、松花江、辽河、闽江、塔里木河、黑河均低于多年平均值;与2006年相比,长江、淮河、钱塘江有较大上升,海河、珠江、松花江、闽江、塔里木河、黑河有所下降,黄河、辽河变化不大。
Summary In 2007, the runoff of 11 major rivers nationwide was lower than that of the average annual runoff in the Yangtze River, Yellow River, Haihe River, Pearl River, Songhua River, Liaohe River, Qiantang River and Minjiang River. Both the Huaihe River, the Tarim River and the Heihe River exceeded the average annual runoff ; Compared with 2006, the Yangtze River, the Yellow River, the Huaihe River and the Heihe River increased slightly. The Haihe River, Pearl River, Songhua River, Liaohe River, Qiantang River, Minjiang River and Tarim River declined. Compared with the average erosion for many years, the quantity of soil erosion in the watersheds did not change much in Qiantang River, and the average value of the Yangtze River, the Yellow River, the Haihe River, the Huaihe River, the Pearl River, the Songhua River, the Liaohe River, the Minjiang River, the Tarim River and the Heihe River were all lower than the annual average values; Compared with the previous years, the Yangtze River, the Huaihe River and the Qiantang River increased greatly. The Haihe River, the Pearl River, the Songhua River, the Minjiang River, the Tarim River and the Heihe River decreased but the Yellow River and the Liaohe River changed little.
