采用直接荧光组织化学法对300例女性乳腺癌进行了ER、PR和AR的检测,阳性率分别为61.6%、38.3%和22%。PR与ER均阳性者为98.3%,AR与ER均阳性者为57。6%。本组结果显示乳腺癌HR状况与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级及腋淋巴结癌转移之间无相关性(P>0.05)。而通常预后较差的非特殊浸润性导管癌、单纯癌和硬癌ER阳性率高于其它各型乳腺癌,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。对40例腋淋巴结转移癌HR检测结果表明,转移癌HR状况绝大多数与原发癌一致。
ER, PR and AR were detected in 300 cases of female breast cancer by direct fluorescent histochemistry. The positive rates were 61.6%, 38.3% and 22%, respectively. 98.3% were positive for both PR and ER, and 57.6% were positive for AR and ER. The results of this group showed no correlation between HR status and age, tumor size, histological grade, and metastasis of axillary lymph nodes (P>0.05). The ER positive rate of non-specific infiltrating ductal, simple and hard cancers with poor prognosis is higher than that of other types of breast cancer. The difference is significant (P<0.05). The detection of HR in 40 cases of axillary lymph node metastases showed that the vast majority of metastatic cancer HR status was consistent with primary cancer.
