采用小扁豆凝集素亲和交叉免疫电泳法检测88例肝癌、118例良性肝病和42例健康人血清α1─抗胰蛋白酶,发现3组血清可将α─抗胰蛋白酶分为小扁豆凝集素结合型和小扁豆凝集素非结合型两个成分。肝癌组小扁豆凝集素结合型α1─抗胰蛋白酶明显高于其他各组(P<0.001)。因此可根据小扁豆凝集素结合型α1─抗胰蛋白酶来判断良恶性肝病。
The serum α-antitrypsin in 88 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 118 cases of benign liver disease and 42 cases of healthy people were detected by lentiviral agglutinin-based cross-immunoelectrophoresis. The serum levels of α-antitrypsin in three groups were found to be divided into lentil agglutinin combinations. Type and lentil lectin non-binding two components. The lectin-binding α1-antitrypsin of lentil in liver cancer group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.001). Therefore, benign and malignant liver diseases can be determined according to the lentil lectin-binding α1 -antitrypsin.
