一、现状及“多规”概况琼中黎族苗族自治县地处海南岛中部,全境面积2704.66平方公里。琼中县是我国极少的热带原始森林集中地区之一,森林覆盖率高达83.7%,空气质量达到二级以上天数占全年比重100%,水资源占海南省多年水资源总量12.9%,具有很高的生态地位。琼中县现有规划项目40余项,按其中主要的空间类规划15项。与海南其他市县情况相同,主要的空间类
