本文研究了9Crsi钢高温形变热处理继以中间软化退火对等温贝氏体组织和性能的影响以及强韧化的机理,并提出了高温形变热处理后的最佳贝氏体等温淬火强韧化工艺。试验结果表明:与普通等温贝氏体比较,经高温形变热处理后的等温贝氏体组织抗压屈服强度提高200MPa,抗弯强度提高150MPa,断裂韧性值略有下降,冲击韧性和挠度相近。经高温形变热处理的等温贝氏体组织被细化、形态发生改变、并继承了高温形变热处理形成的位错。
In this paper, the effect of high temperature deformation heat treatment of 9Crsi steel followed by intermediate softening annealing on the microstructure and properties of isothermal bainite and the mechanism of strengthening and toughening were studied. The optimal bainite strengthening and toughening process after high temperature deformation heat treatment was proposed. The experimental results show that the compressive yield strength of isothermal bainite after heat treatment at high temperature is increased by 200MPa, the flexural strength is increased by 150MPa, the fracture toughness is slightly decreased, and the impact toughness and deflection are similar. The isothermal bainitic structure that has been heat-treated by high-temperature deformation is refined, the morphology changes, and the dislocations formed by the high-temperature deformation heat treatment are inherited.
