本文概括介绍了气体渗碳的发展现状,并且指出目前已处于从炉气碳势控制方法向工件渗碳层碳浓度控制方法过渡的发展阶段。本文介绍了用于计算渗碳浓度的数学模型,并且列举了采用计算机控制渗碳过程的显示图片。在萤光屏上可显示出控制渗碳过程的输入参数和碳浓度曲线、碳势以及渗碳时间与有效渗碳层深度的关系。最后作者还就渗碳过程采用计算机控制的优点进行了评述。
This paper gives an overview of the development of gas carburizing, and points out that it is at a stage of transition from the control method of gas carbon potential in carburizing furnace to the carbon concentration control of carburized carbides in workpieces. This article presents a mathematical model for calculating carburizing concentration and lists the display pictures of a carburizing process controlled by a computer. In the screen can be displayed on the control of the carburizing process input parameters and carbon concentration curve, carbon potential and carburizing time and the depth of the effective carburizing layer. Finally, the authors also commented on the advantages of using computer-controlled carburizing process.
