4月24日,十二届全国人大常委会第八次会议表决通过相关议案,对刑法、刑事诉讼法的7个法律适用问题作出解释,其中涉及刑法的为4个,涉及刑诉法的有3个。这是近年来国家立法机关首次针对内地法律行使法律解释权,也是有史以来规模最大的法律解释活动。其中,有关刑法的4个法律解释因直面司法实践中诸多热点和争议问题,而备受各界关注。
