课程设计既是教师专业发展必备的能力,又是教师专业自主权的一部分。幼儿园的课程设计包括年龄段课程整体设计、课程环境设计、主题或单元设计、具体教育活动设计等与课程活动相关的所做的一系列谋划工作。当前“一纲多本”的课程管理制度下,幼儿教师所拥有的课程设计自主权是远远大于中小学教师的。但在教育实践中,幼儿教师的课程设计自主权却在自觉或不自觉地丧失,这既影响了课程活动质量,也阻碍了专业化发展进程。
Curriculum design is not only the ability of teacher professional development, but also part of the professional autonomy of teachers. The kindergarten curriculum design includes a series of planning work related to the curriculum activities such as the overall design of the age curriculum, the design of the curriculum environment, the design of the theme or unit, the design of specific educational activities and so on. At present, under the curriculum management system of “a series of books”, preschool teachers have much more autonomy in curriculum design than primary and secondary school teachers. However, in the practice of education, preschool teachers’ discretion in curriculum design is lost consciously or unconsciously, which not only affects the quality of curriculum activities but also hinders the process of specialization development.
