本文从《箴言诗》里关于请坐礼仪的小故事入手,观察其中的文化交往形态,继而分析男主人公对非洲女奴的启蒙过程,揭示其中所蕴含的殖民者男性霸权话语。文章第二部分纵览这部中篇小说集的叙事结构,剖析以两性差异为支架的多重两极对照模式。文章第三部分以小说的开始及其虚构性为着眼点,分析小说中自然科学与文学这双重话语既交织又对抗的张力关系,阐明作品在凯勒晚期创作中的实验性质。
This essay begins with a little story about petition etiquette in Proverbs and Poems, observes the forms of cultural interaction, and then analyzes the initiation of the heroine to African female slaves, revealing the colonial masculine discourse contained therein. The second part of the article is an overview of the narrative structure of this novella, analyzing the multiple bipolar control model based on gender differences. The third part of the article focuses on the beginning and the fictionality of the novel to analyze the tension relationship between the double discourse of natural science and literature, which is both intertwined and confrontational, and expounds the experimental nature of the work in the later creation of Keller.
