水泥碎石混合料是各级公路,特别是高等级公路的基层混合科,设计时多采用水泥稳定碎石做为路面结构的上基层。它起着承上启下的重要作用,它的早期强度,尤其是后期强度以及抗裂性能的好坏,将直接影响公路的耐久性,即公路的使用寿命。水泥碎石具有早期强度高、板体性好、抗水性和耐冻性等优点,但后期强度缓慢,易产生收缩裂缝。为了提高延缓水泥碎石的后期强度,克服收缩裂缝的缺点,我们在河南焦郑高速公路基层施工中掺入粉煤灰,通过室内试验,选择最佳配合比,获得了较好的效果。粉煤灰是一种硅质的或硅铝质材料,它是火力发电厂的
Cement crushed stone mixture is the grassroots mixing section of highway at all levels, especially on high-grade highways. In design, cement stabilized macadam is used as the upper layer of pavement structure.
