在现今的社会中工程造价控制的工作在造价超预算问题的影响下,成为整个建筑工程领域总所周知的热议话题中较为重要的一个。怎样通过工程造价去实行一种全方位的管理,又该如果实施有效的措施合理的管理才能做到对工作之中所涉及的各个方面全面的进行管理。本文对工程造价管理及控制中存在的问题进行实际分析并展开论述。
In today’s society, the work of project cost control has become an important one of the hot topics all over the building engineering field under the influence of over-budget cost. How to implement an all-round management through the project cost and how to manage the various aspects involved in the work comprehensively if effective measures and reasonable management are implemented? This article analyzes and discusses the existing problems in project cost management and control.
