日前,笔者随东兴市党政领导干部考察团到江苏、浙江、广东等发达地区集中培训和考察学习,真切地感受了发达地区那种解放思想、创新实践、发展第一、实干为上、以民为本的奋发精神和工作作风。考察归来看东兴、看自己,比较分析我们与东南沿海发达地区的差距,笔者提出这样一个问题：向发达地区学什么．才能真正学到对自己有用的东西?
