病例报告患者男,59岁,1987年12月9日因左鼻堵伴出血一年半入院。鼻堵开始为间断性不完全性阻塞,后为持续性,伴嗅觉减退,流黄涕,左鼻孔出血反复发作。一年半前曾因左鼻出血、鼻堵,诊为“左鼻腔息肉”,住我耳鼻喉科手术摘除。术后仍鼻堵及间断出血,并逐渐加重,门诊多次治疗症状无改善,后发现左鼻腔有一“息肉样肿物”再次收入院。既往体健。全身检查未见异常。血尿(-),
