本文研制的人类G带(350—850条带纹)染色体图象分析系统以实用为目标,硬件以最低价格配备,软件追求高速度和操作方便。软件的研制采取适合于染色体的快速中轴提取法,与传统算法相比速度提高较大,以局部局配法并以全局最优的分类准则进行染色体匹配,可减少对样品的依赖,由此提高运用范围,本系统经临床验证与专家鉴定,证明其图样清晰,结合人机对话,操作方便,测试速度快,结果正确,可大大提高工作效率。该系统的性能达到国外同类产品水平,适用范围与价格更适合于我国国情。该染色体图象分析系统配备不同软件后可一机多用,适合各种医学图象分析。它将在临床分析诊断、基础实验研究、示范教学、资料的管理与积累等方面显示出巨大的优越性。
