观察国产重组人粒细胞 -巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM -CSF)治疗化疗引起的白细胞减少症的疗效。方法 治疗组 18例 ,应用GM -CSF ;对照组用强力升白片。结果 GM -CSF与强力升白片均可使病人白细胞升至 4× 10 9/L以上。但GM -CSF升白细胞至正常范围平均需 5 13天 ,强力升白片升白细胞至正常范围平均需 11 5天 ,两者比较差异有显著意义。结论 国产GM -CSF能迅速对化疗所致的白细胞减少的恢复具有明显的促进作用 ,有利于化疗的顺利进行。
Observed the efficacy of domestic recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in the treatment of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy. Methods 18 patients in the treatment group were treated with GM-CSF, and those in the control group were treated with strong whitening tablets. RESULTS: Both GM-CSF and strength-enhancing white tablets increased the number of leukocytes in patients to more than 4 × 10 9 /L. However, it takes an average of 5 13 days for GM-CSF to increase leukocytes to the normal range, and it takes an average of 11 5 days for powerful leukocytes to elevate leukocytes to the normal range. There is significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Domestic GM-CSF can rapidly promote the recovery of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy, which is beneficial to the smooth progress of chemotherapy.
