本文研究了新显色剂对马尿酸偶氮氯瞵与重稀土的显色反应条件。实验证明,在0.04—0.2mol/1 HCl介质中,该显色剂与稀土生成兰紫色络合物,最大吸收波长为660—680nm;试剂最大吸收波长为550nm。络合物的摩尔吸光系数为:K_y=1.03x10~5m~2/mol,K_GD=1.67x10~5m~2/mol,K_L(?)=1.42x10~5m~2/mo1.络合物的组成为y:R(显色剂)=1:3,在25ml体积内,龙南混合稀土在0—15μg,包头混合稀土在0一20μg,遵守比尔定律;络合物吸光度至少80小时内稳定不变.本文对常见共存离子进行了试验,通过加入草酸,氟化铵、EDTA等隐蔽剂来消除干扰离子,拟定了不经分离直接光度法测定矿石(龙南)中稀土总量的分析方法。结果表明,本法具有准确、快速,选择性和灵敏度较高等优点,测得结果与PMBP溶剂萃取法一致。
In this paper, the color reaction conditions of the new chromogenic reagent for hippuric acid azulene and heavy rare earth were studied. Experiments show that in 0.04-0.2mol / 1 HCl medium, the developer and rare earth generated purple complex, the maximum absorption wavelength of 660-680nm; reagent maximum absorption wavelength of 550nm. The results show that this method has the advantages of accuracy, rapidity, selectivity and high sensitivity. The measured results are consistent with the PMBP solvent extraction method.
