At the end of June 2016, the CPC Central Committee issued the “Regulations on Accountability of the Chinese Communist Party” and issued a circular calling on all localities and departments to earnestly comply with the implementation. As an entirely new system of Party discipline strictly controlled by the party, why is the “Accountability Rules of the Chinese Communist Party” formulated?
