阐述一种视网膜电图振荡电位的频域和时域分析法,并用此法分析了9例9只视网膜分支静脉阻塞患眼、9例9只视网膜中央静脉阻塞患眼和40只正常对照眼的视网膜电图振荡电位。它对视网膜电图振荡电位作快速傅里叶变换得到视网膜电图振荡电位的频谱、总功率、最大振幅、最大功率和主频率;通过快速傅里叶反变换把OPs频率成分转换成时域的OPs波形,再测量OPs四个子波的潜伏期、振幅以及四个子波的振幅总和。
A frequency-domain and time-domain analysis of the oscillation potential of the electroretinogram is described. Using this method, 9 cases of 9 retinal branch vein occlusion eyes, 9 cases of 9 central retinal vein occlusion eyes and 40 normal control eyes were analyzed. Electroretinogram oscillation potential. It performs a fast Fourier transform on the electro-retinogram potential of the electroretinogram to obtain the spectrum, total power, maximum amplitude, maximum power, and main frequency of the electro-oscillographic potential of the electroretinogram; the frequency components of OPs are converted into time domain by inverse fast Fourier transform. The OPs waveform was measured again for the latency of the four wavelets of the OPs, the amplitude, and the sum of the amplitudes of the four wavelets.
