研制了一套新型的呼吸监测系统。它基于阻抗法,实现了对呼吸潮气量的无创连续监测,并具有心电监测功能。系统采用了先进优良的数字存储示波技术,其硬件构成模块化,通过引入逐个定标的方法,克服了测量呼吸潮气量的个体差异,使阻抗法测量呼吸通气量成为实际可行。整体仪器具有性能价格比高的特点。该系统已进行了非手术病人的初步临床实验,结果表明该系统能基本满足临床要求,可望在临床中得到广泛应用。
A new type of respiratory monitoring system has been developed. Based on the impedance method, it realizes non-invasive continuous monitoring of respiratory tidal volume and has ECG monitoring function. The system adopts advanced digital storage oscilloscope technology. Its hardware constitutes a modular system. By introducing the calibration method one by one, it overcomes the individual differences in the measurement of respiratory tidal volume and makes impedance measurement of respiratory ventilation become practical and feasible. The overall instrument has a high cost performance. The system has been conducted preliminary clinical trials of non-surgical patients, the results show that the system can basically meet the clinical requirements, is expected to be widely used in clinical practice.
