将本院1999.12月—2006.7月收治的肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的患者51例,分别给善宁、重体后中素治疗,结果善宁止血率为91.2%(31/34),平均止血时间25.5min;重体后叶素止血率为41.2%(7/17),平均止血时间37.1min;平均输血量为善宁组600ml,垂体后叶素组920ml。此结果显示善宁在止血率、平均止血时间和平均输量方面均优于垂体后叶组(P<0.001)。此外,善宁的副反应轻,因此,善宁是目前治疗肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的最佳选择之一。
Fifty-one patients with cirrhosis and esophageal variceal bleeding who were treated in our hospital from December 1999 to July 2006 were treated with Shenning and heavy-body mid-melezin respectively. The result was 91.2% (31/34) of the mean hemostasis rate, with an average of The hemostatic time was 25.5 minutes. The weight of vasopressin was 41.2% (7/17). The average hemostasis time was 37.1 minutes. The average transfusion volume was 600ml for Shanning group and 920ml for pituitrin group. This result shows that Shanning is better than the posterior pituitary group in hemostasis rate, mean hemostasis time and average delivery (P <0.001). In addition, the side effects of Shannon light, therefore, Shanning is currently the treatment of cirrhosis esophageal varices bleeding one of the best.
