今年已是“十五”第二年,各报社在推进信息化的进程中,都迫切需要有关报业技术发展的宏观指导性的文件作为参考。为此,“中国新闻技联”在国家新闻出版总署信息化工作办公室的大力支持下,组织业内外专家和技术人员,在调查研究、多方论证、广泛听取意见的基础上,编写了《中国报业“十五”后三年技术发展规划建议》。该规划建议全面总结了改革开放20多年来中国报业发展的现状,深刻阐述中国报业技术近期发展趋势,提出了近三年报业技术建设的重点。国家新闻出版总署信息化工作办公室认为,该规划建议有较强的前瞻性和实际指导意义,建议转发给各有关单位,供他们在本单位信息化建设中参考。
This year marks the second year of the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period. All newspapers are urgently required to provide macroscopically guiding documents on the development of newspaper technology as a reference in the process of promoting informationization. To this end, “China NewsTechnology” in the State Administration of Press and Publication Information Office of the strong support of the organization of industry experts and technicians, in the investigation and research, multi-argument, based on a wide range of opinions, prepared “China Newspaper ”Tenth Five Year Plan" after three years of technical development planning. The plan proposes to comprehensively summarize the current situation of the development of China’s newspaper industry over the past 20 years of reform and opening up, profoundly expound the recent development trend of China’s newspaper industry and put forward the key points of the newspaper technology construction in the past three years. State Administration of Press and Publication Information Office believes that the proposed plan has a strong forward-looking and practical guidance, recommendations forwarded to the relevant units for their information in the construction of the unit for reference.
