应用美国流行病学调查中心的抑郁量表(CES-D)对55例恢复期脑卒中患者进行调查,同时研究了其与病程、肢体的能力、生活自理程度的关系。结果显示:①脑卒中恢复期49.09%的患者出现抑郁症状,病变在左半球和右半球者其抑郁症状的发生比例无显著性差异。②抑郁症状发生的高峰期在病程达3~6个月之间。③抑郁症状与患者肢体能力水平呈显著负相关,尤与下肢能力的相关性更高。④患者生活自理水平越高,抑郁症状越轻。
Fifty-five patients with convalescent stroke were investigated with the Depression Rating Scale (CES-D) of the American Epidemiological Surveys Center, and the relationship between them and the course of disease, the ability of the limbs and the degree of self-care. The results showed that: (1) 49.09% of the patients in the recovery period of stroke showed depressive symptoms; the incidence of depressive symptoms in the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere had no significant difference. ② the peak symptoms of depression in the course of up to 3 to 6 months. ③ The depressive symptoms were significantly negatively correlated with the level of physical ability of the patients, especially the lower limbs. ④ The higher level of self-care patients, the less symptoms of depression.
