本试验研究了化学诱变剂平阳霉素对不同籼、粳稻品种的生物学效应.结果表明,经相同浓度平阳霉素处理后,籼稻的M1代根尖细胞染色体及幼苗生长和植株育性受到的生理损伤大于粳稻,诱发的M2代叶绿素、株高与抽穗期的突变频率高于粳稻;在同为籼稻或粳稻的两个品种之间,生理效应和诱变效应也有一定差异.由此认为,不同水稻品种对平阳霉素的反应敏感性存在差异,尤其是籼、粳稻之间差异比较明显.在25℃左右的温度下预浸20h、诱变处理8h的条件下,平阳霉素对水稻的诱变浓度籼稻以10~15μg/ml、粳稻15μg/ml左右较为适宜
This experiment studied the biological effects of chemical mutagens Pingyangmycin on different indica and japonica varieties. The results showed that after the same concentration of pingyangmycin, the physiological damage of chromosome and seedling growth and plant fertility of M1 generation of indica rice was more than that of japonica rice. The frequency of chlorophyll of M2 generation was higher than that of heading stage Japonica rice; in the same indica or japonica rice between two varieties, the physiological effects and mutagenic effects are also some differences. Therefore, different rice varieties have different sensitivity to pingyangmycin, especially the difference between indica and japonica rice. Under the conditions of pre-soaking at 25 ℃ for 20h and mutagenesis treatment for 8h, the mutagenicity of pingyangmycin to rice was 10-15μg / ml for indica rice and 15μg / ml for japonica rice
