白内障与人工晶体手术后引起的角膜散光具有重要的临床意义。人工晶体植入术克服了白内障术后无晶体状态的视功能障碍问题。术后手术性散光在球镜度数得以补充后已成为极待解决的问题。为此笔者参阅了有限文献现将其手术所致角膜散光的计算及术后角膜散光的治疗方法综述如下。
Corneal astigmatism caused by cataract and intraocular lens surgery has important clinical significance. Intraocular lens implantation overcomes the problem of visual dysfunction in aphakia after cataract surgery. Postoperative astigmatism in the spherical degree to be added has become a problem to be solved. To this end I refer to the limited literature is now calculated surgery corneal astigmatism and corneal astigmatism after treatment are summarized below.
