非诺贝特(fenofibrate)系第三代苯氧乙酸类降脂药,用于治疗各型异常脂蛋白血症,如单纯性内源性高甘油三脂血症、高胆固醇血症和混合型高脂血症等。《中国药典》2005年版分别采用酸碱滴定法和紫外分光光度法对其原料及制剂进行含量测定。
Fenofibrate is the third generation phenoxyacetic lipid-lowering drug for the treatment of various types of dyslipoproteinemia, such as simple endogenous hypertriglyceridemia, hypercholesterolemia and mixed type Hyperlipidemia and so on. “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2005 edition were using acid-base titration and UV spectrophotometry for the determination of their raw materials and preparations.
