根据《国民经济和社会发展“十五”计划和2015远景目标》以及《全国卫生信息化发展规划纲要2003-2010年》(下称《规划》)介绍,到2010年,我国经济发达地区卫生信息化建设和信息技术应用将达到中等发达国家水平,乡村等偏远地区将达到发展中国家前列。根据规划,我国卫生信息化将围绕基础设施建设,关系预防机构和增强监督力度等几大重点展开。
