DSA-5消泡剂是一种新型高效消泡剂,系高碳醇和脂肪酸脂的复合物,可降低泡膜的表面张力和弹力,从而抑制和破坏泡膜。经多次试验证明,DSA-5消泡剂用于制糖、味精等发酵工业生产,代替以往使用的豆油或白油,消泡效果良好。消泡剂使用量少、费用低,既可节约大量豆油、白油,又可降低糖、味精等食品的成本,但作为食品添加剂使用必须经过系统的安全性评价。目前未见国外有此种消泡剂,仅有一些关于高碳醇消泡剂和脂肪酸酯消泡剂的毒性安全性资料和主要卫生质量指标的标准及鉴定方法的报道。为了保证DSA-5消泡剂的安全使用并为国家制定消泡剂使用标准提供依据,我们对DSA-5消泡剂进行了系统的毒性试验和质量鉴定。
DSA-5 defoamer is a new type of highly effective defoamer, which is a complex of high-carbon alcohol and fatty acid ester, which can reduce the surface tension and elasticity of the bubble film and thereby inhibit and destroy the bubble film. After several tests proved that, DSA-5 defoamer used for sugar, monosodium glutamate and other industrial fermentation, instead of the previous use of soybean oil or white oil, defoaming effect is good. Antifoam use less, low cost, can save a lot of soybean oil, white oil, but also reduce the cost of sugar, monosodium glutamate and other foods, but as a food additive use must be systematically safety assessment. There are no such foreign defoamers, only some of the high-alcohol alcohol defoamers and fatty acid ester defoamers toxic safety information and the main indicators of the health quality standards and identification methods reported. In order to ensure the safe use of DSA-5 defoamer and provide the basis for the national use of defoamer, we conducted a systematic toxicity test and quality evaluation of DSA-5 defoamer.
